Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within the eligible timeframe with your order number and clear photos of the item you wish to return.
Receive Approval
Our botanical experts will review your request to ensure it meets our quality standards and will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package with Care
Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
